    Limited to first 20 clients

    $5,995

    total per home transaction

    For the first 20 clients to put down a deposit with us, you will get a introductory rate of just $5,995 per transaction.

  • Our Fee Structure Explained

    Engagement

    When you decide to work with us, we request a $500, fully refundable deposit (until Stage 3).

    Consultation

    No fees are collected during this stage. We will also start sending you listings based on your requirements

    Home Touring

    We start to tour homes that you are interested in. After we start touring, the $500 deposit is no longer refundable.

    Offer Submission

    At the time of our 1st offer submission, we will request a fee payment of $2000. There will be no more fees until closing.

    Mutual Acceptance

    Once we reach mutual acceptance with the seller, we will keep you in the loop and help you prepare for closing.

    Closing

    We will help ensure a smooth closing. The remainder of our fees will be dispersed by escrow. No additional payment will be requested.
